When I realized  that I was going to need to replace my old washer I was disappointed that I could not find a washer with similar features to my old washer.  I finally settled on this LG washer and have not been disappointed.  The washer does a great job in cleaning my clothes while using a minimum amount of water.  It is quite and very stable in the draining cycle. An important feature I was wanting in a washer was that I needed a washer that would not wrinkle my delicate clothes.  This LG kept my dedicates mostly wrinkle free.

Great Purchase

Just what I needed!

This is the first LG appliance that I purchased and owned  The washing machine is so good, I’m already exploring purchasing a new LG dishwasher. This new washing machine is really quite, the features are great and easy to use. This unit will save money on my electric and water bills, and will also lower the usage of my dryer. So happy I decided on LG.

Awesome washing machine

There is a little bit of a learning curve but the manuals included help us through the process. An opinion we have is that it will probably help our water bill since it appears to use less water as the size of the load seems to adjust the water used. Also, the spin feature seems to extract more water from clothes prior to drying. While we did have a few disappointments with our vendor, this is not a reflection on LG. Would definitely recommend.

Good purchase

Spin cycle does not shake my entire laundry room. The reason I gave a 4 not a 5 is because I just started noticing holes in my clothing. I am still investigating, not for sure if it’s because of the washer or the quality of the clothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine a month ago. So far, everything's great. Looks great, runs quiet, and is very user friendly.  It does things and makes adjustments on it's own, something we used to have to do manually ( adjust loads, set water levels, set run time and temperature).The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is because we've only had it a month, but I'm very confident we will have no problems.
