I’m extremely satisfied with both the wall mount and the Samsung TV. Scheduled and on day of arrival appointment was rescheduled… 3 times. What a total waste of my time. I got the impression that they scheduled and rescheduled but only looked for someone to do the work after the fact so no direct coordination with an actual installer. If you have to take off work for the service, don’t! Deal with an installer directly.

3 Strikes You’re Out

Guy picked up my 70" TV by himself.. I asked if he needed help and he said no. Easy installation. I was so happy until he turned on the TV. Only had the TV for 3 days and I'm assuming when he picked it up from the top, he put too much pressure because now the TV has lines... so, so upsetting.

BROKE MY TV!

I thought that someone from Walmart who was a professional, would come and mount my TV.
After I ordered, I saw that they go through Angi which i've used before and never will.
First, the appointment was for 7pm - 9:45pm. Too late for me and I was never asked about my availability. 
Then, at seven thirty p m I received an email saying that the professional contacted angie and the "professional" was unable to fulfill my order. the email also said they charge me full price for all canceled
or no show appointments.
I had to chat with AI to try and fix it. The AI was actually rude.
And ended up not charging me. But rescheduling me 2 days later, at 7 PM again. i had to request daytime. Finally, I got a 10 AM appointment.
Angi is NOT RELIABLE.

Angi   Walmart Not Reliable

After rescheduling three different times, we had to cancel service through Angi.  This resulted in loss of work time for us and tons of time just having to call and try and figure out what was going on with the no shows.  Still waiting on a refund to come through.

Multiple Appointment Cancellations

If I could leave minus stars I'd have done so, more for the lack of 'Angi' response than Walmart (who I've had generally good experiences with).  The "Angi" add on TV mounting service charge  is a joke if not a  fraud.  TV delivered Aug. 25.  Service man showed up unannounced.  Said he didn't have the proper mounting bolts but would get and return.  Never saw him again.  After many calls to Walmart, they passed me on to an Angi number.  Then went through 4 separate Angi reschedulings of the service (each time advised 2 hours before the scheduled time that it needed to be rescheduled).  Finally talked to Walmart rep who encouraged me to give Angi on more shot and Walmart would refund if that didn't work. 2 more reschedules and no service.  Contacted Walmart again and  was initially told I couldn't have a refund ('outside the window' for all my patience).  Finally got a  Walmart supervisor who today advised the refund is coming and a token $25 gift certificate.  Obviously more of my time on this than makes sense, but expect this happens with Angi often....they don't have the personnel lined up to do what they promise and not at all shy about stringing the customer along.

The 'Angi' add on service is a complete waste

No one ever came or called to scheduled. Had to mount it to the wall myself. Now I need to call customer care tomorrow ton see if they can /will hopefully refund me the extra money I didn’t have that I paid for (twice, non the less). So I need 2 refunds for the “insulation services” I purchased. Thanks.

What kind of crazy company schedules an appointment without my permission? I never authorized the appointment nor did I even get the television delivered (it was canceled because of logistical failures on Walmarts part) so what did he have to install. I feel bad for the gentleman for wasting the gas but this entire purchase has been a nightmare. this is after the delivery driver failed to actually come to my house and knock on my door to try and deliver the item. is this how you conduct business you have no qualms taking someone's $500 but you can't make sure that they actually get what they pay for? you're an epic failure Walmart

No television to mount!

Terrible service, 1st %26 LAST time I ever use this Angie service!!!!
I  cancelled my booking 7/11/25 and have still not recieved my refund of $79 !!!
Multiple contacts %26 promises, among the confusion between Walmart %26 Angie as to who is authorized to refund the $79?? I was told twice now that the refund was approved %26 it would be credited to the method of pmt used, which is my One Pay account thru Walmart!
I  have NOT SEEN A REFUND FROM ANGIE , FOR MY BOOKING CANCELATION!!!
PLEASE ADVISE....
