My grandson explained that as TV sets got thinner, the audio was decreased. This sound bar does what I wanted. Makes speech sound clearer. Well worth the money, good bargain. No problem hooking up.

Nice addition

Not that great, has no bass at all. The louder you go, the crispness fades. I guess it would be ok for my son to game with, as far as pairing it with a 50” in our small bedroom, I'll pass. I should've known, considering it has no subwoofer. Back to Sam's it goes… I'd rather spend another $50 and get one that does the job!

Sorry Vizio

I bought this sound bar with a 40” Vizio TV to replace the ones that came with my RV. I expected the sound bar to be much better than the old one but it is not. You can't hear the sound if the volume is below 60. If the AC is running, I have to turn it above 80. I've had a lot of sound bars and this one is terrible. I would return it if I want traveling.

No sound below 60.
