[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill itself is great! The buying experience was a complete ******* joke. Tracking my packing I watched it go from the origin station to the warehouse down the street from my house, determined to be undeliverable, and sent back to the origin station only to be sent to my house a week later. I paid an extra $188 for assembly and the dude putting it together spent four hours doing it, taking it completely apart again because it didnt work, put it back together, still didnt work. i showed him that the outlet was tripped and reset it. What a complete **** show.

Delivery of my new NordicTrack treadmill was great. The guys showed up on time, carried the machine into my basement and assembled it without any problems. Certainly, the best way to go. Love the machine.

As a mom of two on a marathon journey, the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 is my key to consistent training. Balancing family life and running goals is tricky, but this treadmill solves the puzzle. Running at home during naptime or late evenings is a game-changer. The iFit classes, especially the virtual global runs, bring back memories of London, adding a nostalgic touch to my workouts. The ability to simulate various terrains with incline and decline is invaluable for targeted training. The treadmill's large screen, efficient fan, and pace-setting features make it an indispensable part of my marathon preparation.

Great product for my marathon training!

First and foremost, let me say that the treadmill is great! My wife and I love the guided runs in other countries. It's great scenery and even better motivation. The treadmill is rock solid and we haven't had any issues. We just renewed our ifit membership with Christian and he was awesome. Great customer service and a swift transaction! Thanks to Christian, Nordic track and ifit!!!

Wonderful machine and customer service

We purchased our machine in the last month. We had a great customer service experience both with the purchase and support after the sale. Customer service was responsive, helpful and quick to answer all our questions. 

The machine showed up on time and was relatively easy to assemble (I will warn you, it is heavy). Once we got it set up, everything synced right up and we were using the machine within minutes. It is made of quality materials (mostly metal with less plastic than other machines we checked out). The unit is very quiet (especially the incline/decline feature) changing speeds and elevation quickly. We have about a dozen workouts on the unit and are very pleased. 

We would highly recommend this product and Nordictrack for their customer service.

Great Machine and great customer service

I am absolutely loving this treadmill! It is very sturdy and well-built. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take too long with the help of my husband. The fan on this treadmill is a lot stronger than any other treadmill fan I've used, and it blows toward my shoulder/face as opposed to my midsection like a lot of other treadmill fans. The incline feature is fast to get to the selected incline and very quiet. The iFIT subscription workouts are so much fun and I love that the speed and incline adjust automatically to match the terrain of the workout on the screen. My only complaint is that there is nowhere to set a phone or tablet to watch if you don't want to use the iFIT workouts. I was given this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Great treadmill! Almost everything I could ask for. The one thing it needs is a ledge to stick a phone or tablet if you are someone that likes to watch something while you run/walk. Otherwise it's a great, stable treadmill (water bottles don't rattle around in the cup holders, even when running!). The fan is also really strong and blows in just the right spot

Almost perfect!

Seems to be more of an iFit sale than a treadmill sale.  Using it on the manual setting without iFit is a joke.  Some of us just want a good walk with pause capabilities and something to look at other than a silly track image.  Don't but this unless you want to be locked into buying an iFit program too.

Buying iFit, not a NordicTrack treadmill!

Treadmill hard product is fine but the software is SO crappy it makes the product almost unusable.  Help from contacting NordicTrak is useless.  The software runs like an old computer running Windows 95.  Everything takes long to load, extremely laggy, just not nice to use.  Have to unplug and restart after each use.  Tech support claims this "glitch" will be fixed with the next software update but has no dates.  Terrible experience, should have just gone with Peloton, completely regretting this purchase.

Beware, do not waste your money on this!

This machine has connection issues daily. It can be next to items like tablets and laptops that have a great WiFi connection but it won't connect. I am forced to hot spot the Internet from my phone to use the treadmill. Also, there are no free/basic classes on the treadmill like every other treadmill brand. You can only use the treadmill in manual mode in a track view if you don't have a subscription.
