Cheese is good quality.  I like the variety without having to purchase them all seperately. Sometimes it sticks together too much.  It does spoil sometimes quicker than we can get it eaten.

Like the variety- don't let it spoil

Great variety and price and have purchased multiple times already.  These will definitely be used during Thanksgiving and Christmas as a snack for family and friends with crackers or just used on a grilled cheese.  The slices are thick and narrow.

So we used to buy these packs of cheese pre sliced and now that I have been getting these for our sandwiches or just a snack during the game. It good variety

Worth it ditch the blocks

I discovered that most kids only eat yellow cheese so this tray has a great selection and a great thickness.  I bought 2 for a grad party, cut each long piece in half, and had it on platters in the fridge ready to pull out.  I should have had 3 packs.  The price was great for a 2 pound pre-sliced pack.

Great price and tasty selection

I love the Cheese Collection, and my favorite is the ColbylJack Cheese. I like the other two types also. The price was excellent, and I especially loved the variety. The only thing that I would have preferred was better packaging, as it was difficult to manage. I think that maybe if each type of cheese had been packed separately in the overall package, it would be much better, and that way all three wouldn't be exposed, and easily closed in it's own packaging. The quality of each type of cheese was excellent, and like I said the price was so very affordable.

I love the convenience of pre-sliced, the variety of flavors, and the fact I can pull the tray out of the package and set it out for appetizers. This is one of my regular choices for parties or casual snacking.

Perfect for parties

great cheese pack however the package is difficult to open and very difficult to keep closed for freshness.  Other than that, I buy it for sandwiches.

Love the variety pack

We have bought this several times.  It's convenient and reasonably priced.  I would like to see a version WITHOUT the pepperjack, however!  My family just doesn't care for that variety.

Good value

Check Before Purchasing for mold. On more than one occassion I've had to return a tray due to mold on several pieces of cheese even though the package was well within the purchase by date.  Otherwise love the variety pack.

Check for Mold

I am disappointed in these thick cut cheese slices. The cheese tastes great, with a nice variety. The thickness is more than double any other brand of sliced cheese. The packaging makes you reach in to the side of the cheese. It’s difficult to get a slice out. May as well cut the package open for ease of removal.
