This is our favorite cheese.  This brand is always fresh and lasts a long time with the coating that surrounds it.  The sharp cheddar is the best for meals or alone with crackers for a snack.  I will always look for this brand when shopping for cheese.

Love that Extra Sharp Cheddar Flavor, especially with a mayo and tuna sandwich on toast! Also for Grilled sandwiches or egg and cheese grilled sandwich! I make my slices extra thick, like 1/4 inch! Then slice the entire cheese block and wrap them in aluminum foil then place in double or triple freezer bags so it will last me longer and not spoil so fast.

Awesome Flavor Extra Sharp Cheddar!

I love Tillamook! I always buy this block, for me, it lasts for weeks! I use it for literally everything! The extra sharp cheddar is spectacular, compared to other cheeses, and believe me, I've tried them all. This cheese never disappoints.  Definately worth the extra cost foe the big block. If you are a Cheese lover, keto, or a cheddar is best person, THIS is YOUR cheese!

BEST CHEESE EVER!

When the cheese I was using was not available any longer, I had to find a replacement. High quality extra sharp cheddar is not easy to find. Tried the Tillamook brand and liked it even better than what I was using before. Extremely satisfied and recommended! (The 2 lb. block block is the best price.)

Tangy, smooth and creamy, this is a real, mature cheddar. It's worth the price difference compared to store brands whether eaten raw or in recipes.

This is a great tasting extra sharp cheddar cheese that's made from cows not fed hormones or antibiotics.

Great cheese

The Tillamook Whole Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese does not have the same extra sharp cheddar taste that I liked so much as it used to. It tastes like regular sharp cheddar, though it's still good. I heard a new type of rennet is now used in most all of the cheeses. Maybe this is what changed its taste?

Not the Extra Sharp Cheddar taste as before

Took a couple of weeks to unwrap this and was surprised to find some mold. This was not a problem, just cut off the mold and placed the cheese in my smoker.

This is my favorite cheese but lately what you're selling is stale and bitter. I've taken to buying it at the grocery store and even that is not as fresh as it used to be.
