It’s hard to afford good cheese in America, but Tillamook quality is reliable and it’s better than most other supermarket cheeses. My only complaint is that sometimes the block molds quickly; I think this is probably due to mishandling during shipping though.

Reliable brand

This is really good cheese. It’s not oily garbage. Has a perfect cheddar taste. Melts well. It’s just a good genuine product. I shred it in my food processor as pre shred stuff is garbage anymore with zero flavor and lots of oil.

Best tasting cheese

I like the taste of the sharp cheddar, and I like to cut it up in squares to put on "club crackers" from sam's club and snack on when I watch movies.
