So far I've only used the vacuum and love it! Haven't tried the mop yet. The only problem was getting it set up. There is only a Quick start picture card in the box, no actual user manual. You have to go online for that. The software that runs the robot is not user friendly. I spent several days talking to customer service trying to get it to talk to my router but once it connected, everything worked just fine! I have to say I'm impressed with how much cat hair it picked up and didn't clog up the brush roller! It's great in the kitty litter box corner, too! My only regret is that I didn't spend another $100 and get the self-emptying model, but that's not a deal breaker. I wish I had gotten one of these sooner. At 75 years old, I have trouble pushing a vacuum and this is a life saver.

Nice Robot with Vacuum & Mop

We hand a roomba before and it finally crapped out. Sam's had the shark on sale so figured I'd give it a try. WiFi mapping and control is quite good, and handy for when you want to clean while gone. Only gripe so far is I wish the wall sweep brissles were larger and possibly on both sides. But other than that, great lil helper.

WiFi control has been great. 9/10 performance

Live in open space living room, dining room etc.   It works well but gets stuck on some scatter rugs and a grinding sound when going over he kitchen rugs.  Hard to program zones but very useful in keeping living room and open spaces vacuum clean if I monitor the device.  It is harder to use the wet features because the pad will go on rugs  and dislodge.   It performs best when I direct it to flat surfaces like my tile  and wood floors.  Overall saves me a lot of work daily.

Great vaccum and very through.

The vacuum was ok but it would not mop. No instructions at all. Took me hpurs of searching to even try to find instructions on mopping and then it wouldn't. I am returning.

Hate it

So I learned so very interesting about Sam's club. They don't honor online pricing. I purchased this item from a brick and mortar store…a few weeks later the exact same item was on sale online… 
Suffice to say I called in fit a price match. Well to my surprise and dismay, it turns out Sam's would not price match. What I was told was that because I purchased it in store, I'd have to return the current and then purchase the lower priced item. Now, I may be wrong for feeling like I wasn't valued or am I? You'd think the Walmart conglomerate could afford its customers a bit more convenience, considering we bring them a crap ton of money.

Bait and switch?

Item worked for one single sweep and then stopped working, throwing an error code of red and green lights.  After several rounds and back-and-forth with the Shark Company, their customer support determined that a replacement under warranty was in order.  Received the new item and it has been working well.

Dead on Arrival

After one week robot decided that “whole home” cleaning was only cleaning 50% of the room it started in and then returning to base to say complete

App makes this worthless

Only cleans a 5x5 area at a time and you have to manually switch back and forth from vacuum to mop, and the mop tank doesn't hold much liquid

Not what I expected

I rarely leave reviews but felt it necessary for this product.  We received this vacuum as a Christmas gift.  We set it up a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to map our home pretty accurately.  It worked fine the first time but has been pretty much useless since then.  It constantly gets stuck in the middle of the room with nothing around and just spins in circles until it shuts down.  It rarely finds the dock and just constantly throws error codes.  I have cleaned the sensors and tried everything the directions recommend.  This product has done nothing but consume my time and I really have no option of returning it since I threw the box out a couple of weeks ago and received it as a gift.  I do not recommend this product.
