[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is extremely well made and the stainless steel exterior is superior to any other appliance I have ever purchased. The interior also has some panels in stainless steel and the bins and drawers are top notch in terms of quality materials and fit.  The beverage center is a very nice design and provides easy access to filtered water and the pitcher.  I chose to go with the counter depth refrigerator and the interior space is still well designed and functional.

We got standard configuration and not counter depth. Also it could be controlled through an app which makes so easy to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge, it has all the features you could want. Makes ice quickly (2 size cubes) and spacious freezer space. Having water and ice in the (hidden door) is ideal and keeps the floor dry. The drawer area is wonderful for quick retrieval of snacks without opening the doors for better efficiency.

Love this refridgerator

We've had this for over a year now, we love it, it's somehow more spacious than our older fridge although it's volume is smaller, there was some smart engineering on the arrangement of space.
The only caveat I have and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, is the pitcher, it gets moldy very fast, and the cap is loose, we need to clean it very frequently as water will get into cramped spaces that should be water tight (the reason the cap is loose), and when we pour water we need to hold the cap.
looking for a replacement and those pitchers are too expensive

Loveing my fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 14-year-old Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with this one, and I must say that we love the storage space and the ability to see everything inside.  The bottom drawer took a bit to figure out the best way to store freezer items. The auto-fill water pitcher is super nice. 
The one thing I dislike is that the ice maker(s) do not produce ice quickly.  My old Kenmore could replenish a full bin of ice every evening.  We are constantly running out of ice for a family of 4.

Great Fridge - Not so good on Ice Production

I give this refer a 2. Why you ask, the sound absolutely sucks! I mean paying almost 4gs for this thing and my  phone has better sound than this dungpile. FORESHAME samsung on cheeping out. The last refer we had sounded amazing, the ice maker just terrible

after only 3 years this fridge will no longer cool, no longer make ice, and won't fill the door water pitcher. n independent service tech said the quality of these fridges for more than a few years are essentially junk.  only a year warranty and extended warranty's that run out roughly the same time all of these fridges die is the norm.  the product looks quite nice and initially is great, but beware the longevity.  samsung is not what it once was.
