Great features and one of the best glass top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new townhome (duplex) two months ago with Samsung Smart Appliances already installed by the builder. I've only used them for two months and am still learning about them. The problem is that I've recently been notified that they are soon to go out of warranty despite the fact that I've only been in my new place for two months. That hardly seems fair since I've hardly used them; apparently the warranty starts upon delivery even though no one is living in the home until closing.

Have only used it for 2 months...still learning

This smoothtop has a very poor quality, it scratched easy and fast, 
the Knobs are cracked and desintegrating, it does not cook evenly, 
There are no replacement Knobs that fit, the Knobs recall is for the one that brings the knobs in the front.
I had registered the appliances when I bought the home brand new 3 years ago, but their website does not show it.
I have had different brands of smoothtop stoves for over 38 years, in my experience Samsung is the worse one!
within the first year I had made a call to Samsung and they told me if it was related to ware and tear they would charge me $200 USD for coming.

SAMSUNG POOR QUALITY

Im embarrassed to have company in my house? But when ever anyone walk through the kitchen, they ask didn't you replace the stove,  "because it shows its age" granted our kitchen, our microwave ,our refrigerator and stove is spot less. We Always follow manufacturers instructions.
