I am more than happy with the speed of the oven preheating time, the rapid boil burners and most of all the ability to remotely start the oven by using the Smart Things App. We have absolutely no complaints.

Great features and design

The ability to operate the oven away from home or be alerted when away if in use is amazing. I bake cheesecakes all the time and the ability to preheat my oven for when I get home is a time saver. More Than I Expected

Its sleek design fits in beautifully with my space and the smart features make a real difference in my daily routine. I can preheat the oven or check cooking progress from my phone, which is a game changer when juggling meals and family. The oven heats evenly and has plenty of room for multiple dishes making it perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. It feels sturdy, reliable, and thoughtfully designed for real home cooks.

I mean this oven is huge

My display and oven quit working on it. I have not even had it a month. I purchased it in March of 2025 and did not receive it until almost the end of April 2025. Yesterday, on May 7, 2025 the display and the oven quit working.

Not even a month old

Purchased the range in November of 2023 and it was operating fine. Until March 2025 (hint: outiside of samsungs 12 month warranty) and it is displaying error code C-F2. I performed the initial trouble shooting (removing power for a time to reset) but didnt resolve. Contacted samsung customer service, they asked to perform the same, which I did, and since it wasnt resolved they opened a service ticket. The service tech requires $120 (non-refundable) just to come out and diagnose (not sure what there's to diagnose since samsung has the error code), then it is at least $95 for labor plus any parts needed. So for a 1.5 year old range, they're requesting $400 to fix a known issue (this seems to be an issue with other buyers). It's a manufacturer control panel issue that fails conviniently just after the 12 month warranty period. Considering that i purchased this because of the Samsung brand, I'm very disappointed.

Avoid, or purchase extended warranty

Oven looks great! But every time the timer goes off or the oven finishes preheating it plays the shrillest, most annoying song you've ever heard, and the only way to turn it off is to turn off ALL sound. Why they assumed this is what everyone would want is beyond me. 
PLEASE patch this or something. It's awful. Also the blue lights used in the display are too bright. Makes it hard to read
