Easy to use, would buy it again. The capacity makes washing a queen comforter so much easier along with all of our couch blankets. The load capacity makes washing fast and easy. Before I needed to do multi loads to finish washing, but this large capacity is so helpful. This model has so many new features like delicate mode, wrinkle free, and so many more.

Awesome Design and features!

I bought the Samsung model WA54CG7105AV with the agitator and the agitator does not agitate my laundry. Had 2 technicians come and say they’ve had customers complain about the same thing. But because I bought it 3 weeks ago thinking there was a problem with it that’s why I had 2 technicians come to look at it I am unable to return or get the product swapped. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this product and I was told there’s nothing anyone can do. So I have to deal with this washer that does not wash my laundry until I can save money to buy a new washer. This has been a total nightmare. Please save yourself and not buy the agitator one.
