We were hesitant about ordering a refrigerator from Sam's Club on-line, but we glad we did.  This counter depth side-by-side refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for.  The interior is more than spacious for us and it is very quiet.  Also, we love the flat doors without the handles. The delivery went smoothly.  They let us know the day they will deliver, and on the day of delivery, they called us that they would be there in 15 minutes, which gave us time to remove everything from the old fridge.  From the time they brought the fridge into the house, connect it to a water line, take all the plastic wrappings off, and made sure the new fridge was in its correct position, it was no more than 20 minutes max.  These guys were very efficient and we were pleased that none of our food got spoiled.  We will definitely purchase on-line from Sam's Club again.

Looks great but the storage on the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is not that much, it’s much smaller than our old GE counter depth refrigerator. So glad we still have that in our garage as the storage capacity is so much more.

Fits the space we have well and seems to keep all shelves nice and cold. Just wish the water/ice dispenser had a light. The default temperature settings are good and easy to see/adjust if needed.

Nice style but the icemaker is a problem. I am seeing the same issue that others have mentioned. I have water dripping out of the ice maker onto my hardwood floors...... not good. I like the style and the size of this counter depth refrigerator, but this icemaker is poorly designed and clearly doesn't last long.

We made the mistake of purchasing the refrigerator online. We did not know that the ice/water dispenser had no light. This is a real disappointment. We could not find an after market light we could mount on the icemaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is so loud that I had to put foam on the side of the unit to tap down the noise. The last Samsung fridge I had, replaced the ice maker three times. Cant you get it right? I was going to return th e thing but..

It works

I really wanted to like this fridge with no handles and the design.  However, ever since we've had it, anything in the back of the fridge gets frozen.  I take out salads and carrots all the time that are completely ice coated and frozen.  I've turned it up to 39* which is about as high as I want to go, still have the same problem.   It's counter depth so already not very spacious, add that you can't put anything in the back and even worse!  The ice maker also pours a ton of ice out all the time that ends up all over the floor.  I end up apologizing to guests and telling them how horrible the ice maker is on the fridge that it always does that.

Overall cooling,= freezing anything in back!

Only less than 2vyears old and its leaking water into the area under the bottom freezer bin. We had to remove the freezer bin, becuasevthe water turns into ice then you can't remove the freezer bin . So now we have the freezer bin removed and must daily beak and remove the ice from the bottom of the freezer.  If you let it build up water drips onto kitchen floor.  I do not recommend buying this Refrigerator.  It's our second Refrigerator to do this .
