Purchased this just over a month ago! I LOVE IT!  Has great features and makes great coffee, the one thing I wish was different is the funnel it's lightweight, wish it was stainless. But other than that this machine is great! I'm sure it will pay for itself in a few months because I haven't purchased coffee but once since I got it!! This is definitely a Coffee Lovers Dream Machine!

I now own two of these machines at two different locations.   They make consistently good coffee, whether single cup, espresso or latee/ capuchino etc.  Very easy to use after spending a little time getting acquainted.  Negative comments from other reviews may possibly be due to water quality difference and bean selection.  I notice some difference in taste between the two machines, which use different locations' water supplies.   They are ergonomically engineered, easy to clean.  The only improvement i would make is to add an option to swap the bean bin (decaf to regular would be easier) and allow the frothing to take place at the same time as brewing, so i can pour the foam as soon as the coffee is ready... Other than that, i was happy enough with the first one to buy another, and there are a lot of machines out there to choose from

Versatile and great coffee

Amazing espresso machine that takes ALL the guess work out of espresso. I love not having to dial in the grind or dose or even have to babysit the milk while it froths. Makes a perfect cup every single time.

I've had this machine for over a year and I use it every day (sometimes multiple times a day). My go-to is usually a latte, but on occasion I will make an Americano (using a separate kettle for hot water). I've made cappuccinos, flat whites, affogato, espresso martinis, frothed milk for hot chocolate, you name it. 

10/10 would buy again.

Perfect Machine is Perfect

I have owned the machine for 6 weeks, and highly recommend it. Easy to operate, and a great balance between automation and individual control. It replaced a DeLonghi Magnifica, and using the same beans, all coffees taste better. Looks good on the counter, too! I would buy again (but hopefully won't need to for several years).

Amazing coffee machine! I can say that this is by far my favourite all time coffee machine! The way this machine does coffee is like a professional barista! I would recommend it to everyone! I cannot explain how happy I am to own one! Would recommend it to any friends or family without a single doubt!

The Best Coffee Machine EVER!

Hace un mes 11 días, yo compré esta cafetera en Macy's y no me la quisieron cambiar porque no es lo que dicen no hace rico el café, a pesar que es molido al instante no tiene buen sabor, es una cafetera corriente, el café sabe igual como si compras una cafetera de esas de Walmart de vasito yo la quise regresar para agarrar algo mejor, pero porque ya me había pasado 11 días, no me la no me regresaron el dinero, bueno de hecho yo no quería el dinero, yo quería que me dieran crédito de la tienda para seguir comprando pues otras cosas pero ni así nomás están engañando a la gente. Esta cafetera no es buena no da buen sabor al café y se ven fea corriente en tu casa, por favor no engañan más a la gente, tenía muy buenos comentarios y la verdad no es así por eso le doy una Estrella porque no puedo comentar sin ponerle Estrella, si no no le ponía ninguna me llegó octubre dos y ahora noviembre 13, lleva solamente un mes con 11 días y no quisieron hacer nada en Macy's
