Our five cheese tortellini can be cooked from frozen in just a few minutes for a quick and satisfying supper–just top it, sauce it or pair it with another dish for a complete meal. You get two 24-ounce packages. Member’s Mark Five Cheese Tortellini combines classic Italian cheeses and pasta together for an authentic tortellini. Freeze a package to save for a busy day for a tasty, satisfying dinner or side dish. There are 14 servings all together, so it's great for feeding a crowd. With 10 grams of protein per serving, our five cheese tortellini can be filling all on its own. <h3>How to Prepare</h3> Simply boil the desired number of torellini for four minutes and serve with some butter, parmesan and cracked red pepper, or add to a pre-made tomato or pesto sauce. Love this tortellini! I buy the big package, break it up into individual size portions and vacuum seal for the freezer. I don’t even thaw it when I’m ready to cook it, just pop into boiling water and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes. It’s great all alone, with sauces or with melty cheese.

Best tortellini

I used to buy tortellini at the grocery store before I found this one.  Needed a contribution for a picnic with 50 or so attendees.  Made a huge cold tortellini salad with just about every veggie known to man and a Good Seasons Dressing.  It did not stick together during cooking like some others.  Very tasty.  It was a popular choice at the picnic and the hostess said she never thought to use tortellini in a pasta salad before!  So, another convert.  : )
PS:   Of course, I tasted it after cooking and before chilling, also very good hot!

Love these. I make cold  tortellini pastas salad with red onions, black olives , feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes mozzarella balls and balsamic vinaigrette. It’s delicious!

This tortellini has become a staple in our house. The pasta is firm and tasty. The cheese filling is delicious and not overly salted. These tortellini cook quickly and the package makes a large amount. It freezes well and thaws easily. I highly recommend!
