Crafted from quality ingredients, Member's Mark Cream Cheese Brick, 48 oz. has a clean, tangy flavor and firm texture. It doesn't contain any preservatives and is free of rBST. It can be used for a variety of food applications and comes in a convenient three-pound block for easy storage in the refrigerator. This cheese is ideal to have on hand in homes, as well as in foodservice operations. Use it to make dips, cheesecake, sandwiches, pinwheels, mashed potatoes and more. If you don't need all three pounds of cream cheese at once, freeze any extra to help extend its shelf life. <h3>Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe</h3> <ul> <li>1 cup of artichoke (diced small, well drained)</li> <li>1 cup of fresh spinach (diced small)</li> <li>8 ounces of Member’s Mark cream cheese (enjoy the pre-marked 8-ounce markers on the 3 lb. cream cheese)</li> <li>1 cup sour cream</li> <li>1 cup of Panko bread crumbs</li> <li>1 tsp of black pepper</li> <li>8 ounces of shredded parmesan</li> <li>8 ounces of shredded cheddar</li> <li>1 tsp of garlic</li> <li>½ tsp of dry parsley</li> </ul> Use a food mixer/processor and add cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper—mix until smooth. I bought it to test to see if my cheesecake would come out the same as with top brand name and it proved to be no different, plus you get more for your money.

Passed the quality test

I like the large single package to scoop out of every day rather than the inconvenience of smaller individual packages that are difficult to scoop out of.  Plus there is no harmful additives like carrageenan and the mold inhibitor chemical that is in a lot of cheese products, it is pure and simple and most important healthier to eat and tastes great!

No extra harmful additives, great taste!

Cream cheese is always just so yummy. You can mix it into Salsa, can of Chili, Ranch Dip packets. You can put them on hamburgers, bagels or toast even stuffed celery, stuffed salami.

Heavenly Good

My partner asked for a peanut butter pie, just like the one from our favorite restaurant. I said say less, and made that entire pie and had so much left over. She also LOVES Bagels and cream cheese. Goes a long way for a family of four.

Great for the cream cheese family

Works great making cheesecake!  Tastes just like the significantly more expensive name brand.  Also freezes well to prevent waste.

Great quality and taste

The flavor is okay, but the Member's Mark cream cheese texture is gummy compared to the "Philadelphia" brand cream cheese, so if you are using this for a cream cheese frosting be aware it does not mix into a nice consistency as a frosting.

Not creamy enough for the basque cheesecake.  Will not use it for this recipe, otherwise tastes alright & good on bagels.

this is the most awful cream cheese ive seen in my whole life. how is that even possible that it doesnt melt. i put some of this in a pan and literally it got burn first than just melting. it says a lot about the kind of ingredients this has.

I normally buy the brand name cream cheese and I was very disappointed with the members mark quality.
