These ground beef burgers are made with an 85/15 ratio, which means that they contain 85% lean meat, but have enough fat in them so that they are nice and juicy when cooked up. In addition to high protein content, these ground sirloin burgers are gluten free and made with no preservatives.</p> <h3>Tasty Burger Ideas</h3> <p>There are so many different ways to serve a beef patty. Good solid burgers. Don't shrink back or start a grease fire as easily as lesser, fattier burgers. Does require knowing when to pull them, because they will dry out quicker if you like hockey pucks. They do taste like a steak burger though. No organ meat flavor mixed in with cheap patties.

Good solid burger, good flavor

These frozen ground sirloin beef burgers can’t be beat. 85/15 ratio of beef to fat speaks volumes. These are great and easy to cook on the grill. Just enough fat to give us a little bit of flame and help sear without having a flaming mosh pit that you get with a lot of the 20% fat burgers that are out there. Members Mark sirloin burgers have been consistently good for the many years I’ve been buying them. Great flavor, keep well in the freezer too. I can’t remember the last time I made a burger patty, the old-fashioned way by buying meat and shaping it by hand. This is just a better more cost-effective way to have a great burger.

The Best

We leave these frozen until we are ready to cook. The wife sprays the patty with a little olive oil, sprinkles a little Lawry's Seasoned Salt and it goes to the grill. Sometimes inside, sometimes outside. Either way, we're eating in about fifteen minutes. Quite often, the wife makes a salad while I'm cooking.

Good quick meal.

The sirloin  hamburger Patties by Member’s Mark  is by far the best frozen  patties in the market . I have had other competitor’s club  brands and the quality and taste does not compare. Whether cooked up on the bbq grill for burgers or stovetop fry pan  for patty melts  the meat remains most and flavorful.

I bought a pkg of these a while back. They were so good I just bought a other pack. Great for grilling or on the griddle. I even tried them in the air fryer.

Great for grilling

We love that the patties are to be cooked from frozen. This makes it super handy when you need a clean healthy last minute meal! The patties have a great texture, and they are easy to chew. Most importantly, they have an amazing taste! We will eat them completely unseasoned. They taste great. If you like a lot of seasoning, they season great as well too. Love these!

Cook from frozen, great texture, amazing taste!

Will go on grill frozen, seperate very easy grill fast, low grease drip. Smell great after cooking. When done can reheat from feozen and taste 👍 recommend.

Frozen burgers

These have great flavor, gristle free texture, and are very good quality. I like that they are flash frozen and don't have messy papers between each patty. They do seem to have a little spongier of a texture than I'm used to in ground beef patties, almost a sausage like bite and chew to them? But they make a very tasty, quick meal, whether grilled, fried on the stovetop, thrown under the broiler, or tossed in the air fryer!

Very good quality

The meat tasted good but along with some of the other reviews here, the meat didn't stay together after it thawed. I had a difficult time grilling it as it broke apart. I had bought this package before and had no problem with the patties and had a terrific experience. Hopefully this was a one-off issue.

Problems holding together

These were disgusting, cardboard would have tasted better. I had a family BBQ and served these as I have done for years and how horrified was I when I ate one. I'm a good cook, always season them  and this was terrible. will never be buying these again. Id like to give 0 stars
