I purchased my Pool Side Adjustable Basketball Hoop and shortly after its arrival, I began to assemble.  My assembly stalled when one of the parts was defective.  I immediately called Lifetime's Customer Service number and reached a knowledgable and personable representative.  He listened to my problem and immediately made arrangements to ship a replacement part to me.  I received the replacement part if a matter of days and was able to complete the assembly.

Outstanding Customer Service

When it arrived the box was in good condition and all the parts were there.  Assembly was pretty easy and you can do by yourself with a saw horse or a second person for a couple of the steps.  Have played with it a week and it seems to be very sturdy and a good product.

I have been wanting a poolside basketball hoop for almost 30 years. We've always had LIFETIME BASKETBALL HOOPS in our front yard. The current one is about 14 years old. 

I knew I had to have this system. It came. We assembled it, and I can tell you it is sturdy and strong. We should get equally as many years with this. The base is big! It is almost as big as a full sized system, so make sure you look at the specs.

Great item to add to your summer fun! Very happy with our purchase!  Was looking at a few different brands and Lifetime is a great brand.  Only thing is it does not come with a basketball.  Not a big deal but took me awhile to find out whether it did or didn't.

Exceptional Customer Service

I bought this item 2 years ago.  It was pulled out when the kids wanted to play basketball, but other than that was stored under shelter.  It would always left rust stains on the pool decking and after 2 summers of moderate usage rusted to the point of disintegrating.  The product comes with a 5 year warranty, but when I submitted my claim they said rust wasn't covered and it was the customers responsibility to treat all rust spots as they became visible.  I've ordered an all plastic base pool hoop this time around and suggest you do the same.  Additionally, the hoop was incredibly difficult to assemble and consistently needed to be adjusted (Clamp isn't tight enough to absorb ball bouncing off of the rim
