[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shopping for several months for the precise design that would fit my space and kitchen layout. The 36" models would have interfered with other features and the smaller cubic foot models were too small. I liked this Model a lot, but put off buying for a while.
Then, suddenly, it became an urgent need as my old fridge went kapoot. 
I isisted at the stores we went to that the LG LRTLS2403S was what I wanted. Four different stores couldn't deliver for 5 days. Soooo, I drove 110 miles round trip to pick it up myself. 
Best decision I ever made. Roomy, holds temperature exact. The internal cold water is a blessing. And the optional Ice Maker is so easy to install my little sister could do it in 20 minutes.

The filtered water line for getting a glass of cold water is a nice feature. Besides being the largest fridge I ever had, it looks great too with the stainless steel finish.

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 1 year ago.  For the first 11 months everything was great.  Then a noise started, and eventually the circulation fan failed.  It took almost a month to get it fixed due to parts back log and time to get a technician out.  Now that it has been fixed, everything is great again.

Great, except

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this for about a month and so far the only compliant I have is there is no "lunch meat" drawer.  We did not notice that at the time of purchase but boy did we notice it afterwards.  We bought an after market add on which is working ok.  After we installed the fridge in its new home, we realized the doors needed to be swapped.  This was not an easy job and took us about 4 hours to complete.  Not a fun day to day the say the least.

Ok after adjustments. But we are satisfied

I've had the refrigerator for 2 weeks.  I ordered the ice maker separately from LG because it would not be available from the appliance store for more than 6 weeks. The refrigerator came with 4 small dents in the door, so the appliance store repairman will replace the door for us this week. He installed the ice maker and we do have water AND ice, contradictory to other reviews that I've read about this model.  I miss having a meat and cheese drawer, but I kept the drawer from my old refrigerator and laid it on a shelf, but then it takes up space on the shelf.  The refrigerator section is way big enough, but the freezer on top seems to be smaller than our old freezer part of the same size refrigerator.. I don't like all of the fingerprints on the front of the stainless steel refrigerator.

This very simple, no frills Refrigerator is great for bar or in an office kitchen. It does have an internal water dispenser that is very touchy. Only works about half the time. Then you have to bleed the air out and wait a minute, etc. too much of a hassle so I buy bottled water.

Nice machine

I’m really liking this refrigerator after using it for a month.  My only complaints are that it should come with a built in ice maker and that the freezer should have a light, otherwise it’s perfect. I love the wide door bins that can accommodate gallon milk jugs and large juice bottles.  Overall it’s a very nice unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is just under 2 years old and already the freezer fan died and had to be replaced--and it wasn't covered under the warranty; I ended up spending almost 50% of what I originally paid for the fridge, so this was an expensive and disappointing fix.

I had two techs come and check it. It seems like it’s working properly after they check it and then the problem comes back. It’s too new to have had this issue.

Horrible refrigerator. I wanted to return and can’t. Very upset I have to keep this. There is no light in the back of the fridge, only front. Too dark to see what’s there, never had a fridge that wasn’t bright inside. If I knew I would have never got it. Bad enough it has no drawer for lunch meats. Not happy at all.
