Bought 2 pack, so 10 totes and 3 of them were damaged, broken, when they arrived, even though the outside package wasn't damaged. I called to check on having them replaced as they were not available in store and got my call dropped after nearly 20 minutes on the call.

Don't buy on line or have shipped.

The top box in the shipping box came with a crack in the side, similar to what other have posted.  I will keep it as it still works, but now it has sharp edges.

Good size, but broke in shipping

Very disappointed on how these boxes arrived. I ordered 2 sets of four, but two are damaged. And they are not as durable as I would expect for that expensive price. But they're not too too bad. I guess I'm a little blessed that its only 2 damaged out of the 8 bins. But still irritating, as they ship in very very thin box with no cushioning to protect being handled and thrown around during shipping. Box was damaged as well. I'm in the middle of packing up the house and this has put a stick in my wheels. I would like these damaged ones replaced please.

I bought these to help me sort and organize. I bought 2 sets of 5. Unfortunately three of the 10 came damaged. The packaging was not damaged so I would have to assume they either bounced around in the packaging so much the broke or were already damaged before they were boxed.

Good size but..

The top container was broken. Your service representative was very nice but I only received a $5.00 credit. I think I should have received a new one, now that I think of it….
