It can be cooked from frozen (no thawing required), contains 23g of protein per serving, has no preservatives and comes with a sample packet of our famous Wow! Seasoning. Ready to eat in minutes. Simply sizzle, flip and savor! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> 1. Frozen: Pull Gary’s QuickSteak from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2. Sizzle: Preheat skillet or pan medium/high. First time at Sam's this is top notch ribeye. 3 - 1lb packages, add one sliced onion and Pepper per package, along with your cheese of choice, and you will love it.  This is so much easier than you think. Buy this beef and have fun.

Cheese steaks to remember

These frozen beef slices cook up quickly, less that 10 minutes.  I dice the frozen beef pieces into 1/2 inch cubes before placing in the skillet. This eliminates need to cut up the slices after they are cooked. I season with seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and a little Heinz 77 or equivalent.sauce. These make a great Philly cheese steak sandwich.

It's the real deal. These steaks are delicious. Just add onions, maybe some mushrooms and cheese... on a roll... and POOF! you're in Philly.

These ARE the steaks you've been looking for...

I love cooking at home, and this is one of my best discoveries at Sam’s Club! The Gary’s QuickSteak sirloin beef is thinly sliced and comes out so tender and flavorful every time. I’ve made Philly cheesesteaks, Asian-inspired noodle bowls, and beef tacos, and every recipe tasted like something from a restaurant.

Small tip for anyone buying: use half the seasoning packet — it’s plenty flavorful without overpowering the beef. The quality is excellent, the price is affordable, and the convenience can’t be beat. This is now a freezer must-have for me!

Restaurant-Quality Steak at Home!

Staple on our house. We love these. I cook mushrooms, peppers and onions and then add this and cook it all together. When it’s cooked I add 2 slices of white American cheese and mix it together until it’s melted. I add it to the Sam’s club hoagie bun and top with Hellman’s chipotle mayo.

Delicious

When I first started buying this I loved it and I've been buying it all the time. It's a perfect go to for dinner. Unfortunately only giving it 3 stars because for the last several times I've bought it,  it's been tough, fatty and not great quality meat. Not sure what's going on but a year ago it was really great quality. Now it's hit or miss. I buy sub rolls and cheese at Sam's club and it's so much cheaper than a sub shop. Cost me about $2.50 per sub versus $10+ at a sub shop.

Easy and cheap dinner

These are little bricks of sandwich steak.  They come with a seasoning packet that you can sprinkle on or omit during preparation.  Usually they're really good.  Sometimes they are chewy which is a bummer.  My wife refuses to eat them.  My son and I like them (except when you get a chewy one).

These seemingly replaced the steak eze product.

We were big fans of the brand Steakeez that Sam's used to sell years ago. We were hoping this replacement would be the same as, if not better, which is usually the case....NO WAY! I agree with many others, VERY fatty! Odd flavor! Bland! Couldn't add enough seasoning to make it taste better! Smelled like a cheap meat cooking vs steak! Going back to thinly slicing steak instead!!! Sorry, we would not recommend this product to a friend.

Swing and a miss!

This is no where close to the quality of the product it replaced. First red flag; they provide seasoning packets.The product this replaces didn’t need a flavor packet to taste like steak. On its own this is a completely bland, flavorless, almost meat substitute-like tasting product. You could put the seasoning packets that come with this product on a piece of cardboard and get the same flavor as these so called “steaks”

Bland flavorless

I hate to give poor reviews, but this steak was so tough neither my husband nor myself could chew it up. The flavor wasn't bad, it was just too tough.
