the bobsweep dustin model is great! ive had zero issue with the bobbot vacuum! it does a good job at vacuuming up most everything it has good features and lidar mapping . it does all the newish features and has all the tech of some of those way over priced bot vacuums but at half the cost ! great product, im happy with it !

Loving our Dustin. The self empty container is huge maybe twice as large as the other brand we had. We have a 90lb Alaskan malamute and a cat and mix of carpet and hardwood. Dustin has been hard at work for the last month or so and the results have been amazing. The app is really easy to work with with option to block areas to avoid completely or avoid only when  mopping ie carpet. This was on sale when we got it and we are amazed by how great a deal this was.

Fantastic deal

Sweeping and mopping daily, surprisingly, is not enough to outsmart all the pet hair in my home…it’s a constant battle I’m always loosing. I figured I’d finally give in to a robot vacuum. Sam’s had the self emptying bObsweep vacuum/mop with WiFi on sale for $400 off the original price, I couldn’t find it anywhere for that price so I just bought it. This robot has made my life so much less stressful! I’m a single mom of 2 dirty boys, and work full time, and keeping the house clean is like a whole other job. By using the bObsweep daily I have so much more time to relax and my mind is at ease knowing I can step on my floors barefoot and it feel so clean! I love it!!! I can’t imagine not having it and I’ve only had it a few months.

This is my third Bob sweep and this one is more advanced than any of the rest I love that it vacuums to empty out the dirt it does a great job it did a terrific job mapping the whole living room dining room kitchen area and I have it scheduled to run every single day twice a day and then it cleans out the dirt and I fill it with mop water and the rag and just let it I have to add that every other day

Wonderful

Excellent little machine for a great price ($219).  It does exactly what is says it will do.  All functions perform very well.  The App is super-easy to use and intuitive.  I took it out of the box, set it on the floor, and pressed the GO button.  It mapped (and vacuumed) the entire house.  Suction is fairly good. It vacuumed tile floors, carpeting, and rugs just fine. It emptied into the 100-day unit perfectly every time.  Before using the mopping function, download the App, then create NO Mop zones. Precaution: It will eat charger cords if left on the floor.

Great Robo-Vac

I’ve had the Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Cleaner for about a month now, and unfortunately, I’m not impressed. While the self-emptying feature is convenient, the overall performance leaves a lot to be desired. The brush keeps coming off during cleaning, which is frustrating. It also doesn’t sweep thoroughly, consistently leaving unclean areas behind, no matter how many times it goes over them. For the price, I expected much better performance. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Not impressed

This machine is a joke.  I had a bObsweep pet plus for 5 years.  It did a great job this new one dos not.  This machine goes over tiny bits of dirt, can’t  pick it up, gets clogged, I can’t believe that it’s made by the same company.  I am going to return it.

Do not waste your money

I bought the bObsweep Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop from Sam's Club on a huge sale. I had never heard of the brand but almost all reviews were excellent. It was simple to set up and the app is easy enough to navigate but...

I have home with all wood floors and a couple of area rugs. The Dustin did a very poor job of getting near the kitchen cabinets and appliances. It would miss anything within 2-3 inches of those. Same with the area rugs. It would leave behind anything along the edges of the rug on the wood floor. 

When it came to mobility, the Dustin struggled to get up on one of my area rugs, it would take 3, 4, or even 5 tries to get over the edge. It would also intermittently get lost then spend 5 minutes banging around a closed door before giving up. 

Self-cleaning, the Dustin would empty after each run (you can't miss the sound it makes) and never once did the bot dustbin contents actually make it to the base container.  

Ultimately, I am returning the device after giving it a go for a month. If you have nothing but wide open spaces and don't mind manually emptying the bot dustbin then the Dustin bot is right for you.

Heavily Discounted for a Reason

Returned after having for less than a week. On the third time we tried using it. We started getting an error message that something was stuck in the roller. There was nothing in the roller. We took it apart. We put it back together again it worked for about five minutes and came back with the exact same message. Item was returned immediately. I am not spending my days Fixing the vacuum cleaner. I wanted it to work on its own when I'm not home.

Not effective

This item was terrible. It barely picked up the dirt off the floor. Then when it would bump up next to something such as a rug, it would spit out what little bit of dirt it had collected. It frequently became jammed, particularly under a bed, there was no carpet under the bed, so there was no reason for it to become jammed. With it performing so badly, I didn't bother to use the mopping attachment.
