This 80/20 ground beef is always fresh, reasonably priced, and a great value for the amount you get. We even use it for making our dog's homemade food, and it's been perfect every time.

Great Value and Quality

I HAVE LATELY BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BULK PACKAGED GROUND BEEF, ESPECIALLY WHEN I CAN'T SEE IT, BUT SAMS CLUB DOES IT RIGHT! THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AND I CAN SEE WHAT I'M GETTING. THE MEAT ITSELF COOKS UP WELL FOR ANY DISH AND TASTES ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. ALSO THERE'S NOT EXCESSIVE FAT OR LITTLE GRISLY PIECES  MIXED IN IT AS SEEMS TO BE THE CASE WITH MANY OF THE BRANDS OF GROUND BEEF LATELY. I'LL CONTINUE TO BUY IT AT SAMS WHERE I'M SATISFIED...

GOOD BULK PACK!

I got a case of ground beef for under $1.70 per pound. (80/20). I had to break it down into smaller packages but will gladly do that again for that kind of savings! It taste great and nice to have the freezer full. Staff was great and assisted me at pick up as this was an online deal with pick up at store which I had never done before. I will definitely be checking the online deals more often.

Great Deal!

Love the meat products. Especially the 10 lbs of hamburger. Especially the 90/10 over the 80/20. I buy the the 80/20 when I make meatloaf. The other when making hamburgers. The flavor is outstanding and always priced lower than Aldies, Kroger's or Riesbecks. Thank you Sam's Club. I have 5 people in my family to feed. I appreciate your food quality & quantity and lower prices compared to other grocery stores in the area.

Quality meats

For hamburgers, I prefer 80/20 ground chuck. Sure, you could kick it up a notch with a blend of chuck, brisket, and shortrib but who has the time? Of the ground beef typically found in a supermarket, 80/20 chuck has the best flavor for a burger. This 10lb chub of ground chuck is a handful but the freshness and flavor is excellent. From this chub, I'll typically cook 3 lbs of patties on the grill, putting leftover patties on a cookie sheet into the freezer then vacuum sealing for later use. I'll cook two or three pounds with taco seasoning for tacos and taco salads, dividing them into quarter pound individual pouches and freezing them for later use. The remainder, I'll vacuum seal into 1 pound servings for use in spaghetti sauce, picadillo, or what have you.

Excellent quality ground chuck

If you can use or prep n freeze bulk ground beef then consider buying this. Pre-make burger's, sliders meat balls, meatloaf and dog food!

Big log many uses

I like ground chunk.  I have found that this is the best value for my money.  The meat cooks up very well mo matter what it is included in

Members mark ground chuck

I buy this to make my dog food. Qualities is not bad at all, I would eat it if it didn't have pink fluff in it. But I go for the hundred percent grass fed beef. Why did they put fillers and coloring in everything?

Definitely OK

it had an odor when cooking, it did not smell spoiled. also, i had to wait 10 min before anyone spoke to me, and they could not find my order which tells me you have a poor location system in place this is the 2nd time i tried this and both time I had to wait and both times they could not find my order.

outdated meats with current date

This was the greatest ground beef I have ever purchased from Sam's. I bought a 10 lb chub. After browning it I drained off 6 (six) cups of grease & water. This is not except able. I have never had this much waist from their ground beef. Would not recommend.
